I am Edita Lahodná, a real estate investor and entrepreneur. For more than 14 years I have been buying, renting out, and growing the value of properties in the Czech Republic — and today in Dubai as well. I understand real estate from the perspective of someone who has been through it all with their own money, apartments, and tenants. And it is precisely this experience that I pass on to clients and agents at elTrinity.

My story
My journey began in the Czech Republic. I gradually built a portfolio across different types of locations — in a smaller city like Brno (where I focused mainly on smaller starter units of around 50 m² and 2-bedroom layouts), in larger cities such as Prague, and also in recreational areas like the Orlické Mountains. I deliberately bought different types of properties — smaller investment apartments as well as larger 3-bedroom units — so I could see the differences in demand, occupancy, and the ability to generate yield.
